Vision loss does not discriminate. That means the clientele we serve reflect the rich diversity that is Central Florida, be it age, gender or ethnic background. A significant percentage of our professional and paraprofessional staff is visually impaired—a reality that lends authenticity to our mantra: ‘life beyond the restrictions of vision loss.’

Everyone that works at Lighthouse endeavors to embody our core values: servant leadership, inclusion, collaboration, empowerment and excellence. This extends also to our Board of Directors and other volunteer leadership committees.
